We can import BLB and Cinelli bikes upon request, and we also work with Bzen, a company that produces lightweight electric bikes.
No, although for off-road enthusiasts, we have an All-Terrain and gravel model. And what about MTB? Maybe someday… 🙂
Yes! In such cases, we use frames from other manufacturers or create them in collaboration with local frame builders. We commission special designs from our Mielec plant.
Yes! Our custom-made steel frames are made by none other than Master Rychtarski himself. Mielec is responsible for the aluminum frames. This means we can be sure that the product you receive is of the highest quality.
The primary difference is the frames. We develop the geometry ourselves, taking into account the user's intended use. We conduct tests on pre-production units and consult with customers. Our priorities are low weight and high strength. Many manufacturers use steel frames made of heavy, unbutted tubing or HI-TEN steel, which only makes the bike look lightweight.
The second most important thing is the wheels. We avoid the heavy, high-taper rims favored by many companies. We prefer more elegant, lower-profile models with higher quality. We hand-brace our wheels in our workshop, ensuring that each one has been crafted with the utmost care and tested.
We strive to make our bikes available at affordable prices, starting from 3,500 PLN. Below this price, we'd have to sacrifice reasonable quality and your safety. Therefore, if your budget doesn't allow, we offer installment plans. More information can be found here .
We build most of our bikes from steel because this material allows us to build lightweight bikes. How is this possible? Steel is a heavier material than aluminum (which dominates frame production). But we're talking about unit weight. A steel frame can be lighter than an aluminum one because the tube cross-sections in our bikes are much smaller. If we add in the butting of the tubes (where loads are present, meaning the material maintains normal thickness at the joints, while in other places it is internally butted), the differences become clear.
Steel absorbs vibrations significantly better, making it an ideal material for creating a versatile city bike. A steel bike is more comfortable and user-friendly. Besides, nothing beats the look of elegant, thin tubing!

Our bikes are built with the utmost care. We hand-braid our wheels in-house, and all components come from trusted suppliers. Equally important, your bike will be built with the components you choose. Furthermore, it will be hand-built and will look exactly how you want it. Black, white, or colorful? We'll make it yours!

We provide a two-year warranty on every bike purchased from us - the warranty is subject to an inspection approximately 2 weeks after the date of purchase, this is the so-called zero inspection - free of charge.

No, the MIASTO ON model is not a fixed gear. The rear hub is most often a flip/flop design, which allows us to easily convert the bike to a fixed gear by simply rotating the wheel.
NO! We build: fixed gear bikes, singlespeed bikes, road bikes, cyclocross bikes, and above all, lightweight city bikes! We've also added a belt-drive bike and a gravel bike to our offerings.
The Miasto ON and Miasto ONA models offer the option of installing hub gears, also known as planetary gears. The bike can then be equipped with either 2 or 3 speeds. We most often use the proven, three-speed Shimano Nexus hub. For other models, it all depends on the chosen configuration.
YES, we build exclusively new bikes. Our bikes are often styled as retro bikes, but they are always built with new parts.
We offer frame sizes tailored to your height, but body proportions also play a significant role in ensuring a good frame fit. It's best to visit our store and try on a specific frame. A minimum of around 3,500 PLN is enough to build a basic bike with high-quality components, ensuring safe and trouble-free operation. For pre-built bikes, prices start at 3,000 PLN. There's no maximum price. It all depends on the customer's requirements.
Prices for pre-built bikes start at PLN 3,000. Custom-made bikes have a starting price of PLN 3,499.

That's not an option at the moment. However, we do have special service wheels. If you need to tackle something more complicated than replacing a tube or tire (i.e., braiding a new wheel), we can help you with our wheel, so you can safely return home on your bike.
We're not picky :) We strive to repair and service absolutely all types and brands of bicycles. However, if you come to us with a corpse from Allegro or a dead body from a supermarket, we might not be able to revive it...
Unfortunately, it's difficult to provide a definitive answer here. If we're using frames ordered from Taiwan, the longest wait is usually for the paint job. When custom components are required (for example, a hard-to-find Brooks saddle), the turnaround time depends on the distributor's availability. However, for most orders, the standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks. If we have a frame in your chosen color, the turnaround time can be reduced to about 1 week.
