The H+Son Formation Face 700c is a true "V" profile rim. With no stress points on the sidewall, the uniform triangular shape improves the rim's lateral stiffness. The straight profile shape also reduces weight by reducing the distance between the hub and rim.
The Formation Face rim is made from G609 aluminum alloy, which is also 30 percent stronger than the 6061 aluminum alloy used for standard rim production.
