PureGrip Compound. This silica-based technology was originally intended for the performance market, but after intensive development at our Korbach R&D facility, an advanced new compound was developed with outstanding properties combining grip and cross-country ability. This new rubber compound, clearly named "PureGrip," ranks just below BlackChili Compound and is used in performance products for both road and mountain bikes. This compound provides excellent grip, but is also durable and highly resistant, possessing all the hallmarks of Continental tires.
