Peak Design Everyday Case and protective films and glass
The Peak Design Everyday Case is designed to provide superior protection for your phone against all types of drops. This is why the cases feature a thicker lip surrounding the screen and a tighter fit than most thin cases on the market.
We are aware of the fact that in some cases the cover may pry the glass, causing it to peel off in places.
Recommended solution:
To prevent unwanted removal of screen protectors, we recommend attaching the case to the phone without any glass or foil attached, and applying them once the case is attached. We also recommend purchasing a protective foil from a service that cuts screen protectors to fit your smartphone, leaving an additional 1-2 mm of space from the screen edge. Warranty and complaints and removing the protective glass:
The removal of the protective glass by a tightly fitting Peak Design Everyday Case is not a defect or a result of a defect in the case, and therefore does not constitute grounds for accepting a complaint regarding the Peak Design Everyday Case product.
